FAQ : Payments

• How can I pay for my order?  

  We accept payments from debit or credit cards - American Express, VISA, Mastercard - as well as payments made by PayPal.

• My payment is refused. What can I do?  

  Try to pay with another payment method. If you still have trouble ordering, please contact us.

• Should I pay taxes and customs duties for my order?  

  EU countries: If your country is an EU country, you will need to pay the taxes during the checkout process (except if you have a valid VAT number). You should normally not pay any customs duties.

  Rest of World: Taxes and duties may be applied to your order after purchase, by your local authorities. Please check your country's import rules. We ship from Germany.

• My discount code doesn't work. What should I do?  

  Check that you’re entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code has not expired. If it’s still not working, please contact us.

• Can I use more than one discount code to my order?  

  No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.
